She made the entire process seamless — keeping me updated at every step and clearly communicating timelines and expectations. The first round was an assessment, which I really appreciated because it resembled real tasks I’d actually do on the job, not random DSA or trick questions. After that, there was a screening call with the hiring manager, who asked straightforward questions about my reason for switching, interest in the company, and general background. Next came the technical interview, which covered both Java and Angular. It felt more like a conversation than a grilling session — if you genuinely have the required skills, it’s going to be a piece of cake. Finally, there was a feedback call where I was informed about my performance and the offer decision. The entire process took about 3–4 days, and all documentation was wrapped up within a week. Organized and efficient. The list of interviewers was distributed day before. First interview is a phone screen, followed by 2 sessions at the office. Everybody was polite and welcoming. Interviewed with various peers and seniors in the company.
