Pura Scents interview questions

It was overall an unpleasant interview experience. The interviewer was ill prepared for the interview, and the technical assessment was completely unrelated to the job description. During the interview, it was clear the interviewer was not well practiced in proper interview etiquette and seemed like he was annoyed that he was not in a managerial role.

Initial communication was good. Went into their offices to interview with three different people, but only one was in the office. The other two ended up being virtual... so I was in one of their conference rooms, alone, on zoom. I thought that was a bit odd. After that, their recruiter/HR person was VERY slow to respond, to the point of me agreeing to interview times on short notice, only to get no reply or confirmation. Eventually, I finally had the last interview, which went well but then I never heard back. I followed up a couple of times, and still no response. Everyone I met with seemed great, but the lack of follow-through (even with candidates who have gone through 4 rounds of interviews!) was unfair and disrespectful. The process from initial contact to the 4th interview was about 2 months.
