Video interview via Zoom with hr manager and an intern Even though the interview went well (I had perfect knowledge of the company business,history, position), they found a silly reason to unfairly dismiss my application. They obviously already knew who they were going to hire and I probably was just a practice case for their intern student. They're only looking for young white applicants (which I'm not) who have some strong motivation to work for them.
