Bastante interessante, consistia num dia nos escritórios da mesma e achei bastante pertinente porque deu para explicar aos candidatos de forma muito mais especifica o cargo a realizar e também acho mais pertinente para a empresa porque percebe de forma muito mais eficaz qual o candidato ideal

The interview was relatively a simple video call. Asked basic questions related to the job. The interviewer was a recruiter that worked for the company and the questions were to find out if I had basic knowledge of the job and how I would fit in culturally.
