I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at PyjamaHR (Bengaluru) in Jan 2025
Interview
They called about the application almost after a month or so of applying and then took an AI interview round first. And again there was no communication for so long and suddenly some day they called and asked for an interview. The interviewer was late himself and on top that wasn't even asking questions needed to check the skills and expertise. Was also a little rude during the conversation.

Interview
Very Bad experience with Pyjama HR. I applied for the Job got shortlisted then received an AI Interview link. After clearing the AI interview, I was scheduled for a round with the Product Manager, but after a few reschedules, I received a technical assignment instead. I submitted it as requested, results were expected within a week, but I haven't received any updates, even after multiple follow-ups. And they kept posting on LinkedIn about the Jobs.
But as a candidate, this process felt a bit challenging, especially coming from an HR tech startup.
