I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Pyramid Brokerage (Fairport, NY) in Sept 2012
Interview

Initially, I met with the COO for an interview and a discussion about commercial real estate in general. For the second interview I sat down with the President of the Rochester office to further discuss the opportunity.
