      I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pyromation (Fort Wayne, IN) in Apr 2015

      Interview

      There was a short phone interview, and then a single 5-hour interview. (They do not do single 5 hour interviews anymore) Schedule of interview: Meet with manager to go over dev. requirements. Company tour Lunch Technical skills interview (The questions were not very hard at all) Personality test. After the 5-hour interview I was offered the job.
