I applied online. I interviewed at Pyxl (Nashville, TN) in May 2022
Interview
The interview was on zoom and the head of the Marketing team will interview you. The interview itself was on behavioral questions and experience based. They will ask about your resume too. Make sure to do research on the company's values and uniqueness because they will ask why you want to join them.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Pyxl in Jan 2021
Interview
Talked for 40-minutes. Hired immediately. The job description morphed during the call to include more than what was listed. Once working there you see the pattern of them hiring good people to use them and burned them out. If they put up with it, they stay, if they don't they get let go. Beware recruiters and those being recruited.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The recruiter set up the interview. It was a quick interview with a few red flags. The hiring director was reviewing my resume on the spot during the video conf. call as if not taking the time to prepare for the interview. Comments included you can help us get all kinds of things done. Piling on during the discussion. In the first 15-minutes was offered a full-time job even though it was a contract position. It was like getting hired for an assembly line or as the sacrificial lamb who was to save their terrible marketing company.
