The interview process usually starts with a quick screening, where a recruiter looks over your resume and may have a short call to get a sense of your background. If you move forward, you’ll go through one or more interviews that can include general questions, job-related tasks, or problem-solving exercises. You might meet different people from the company, such as a manager or future teammates. In some cases, you’ll be asked to complete a test or give a presentation. After everything is done, the company reviews all candidates and decides who to hire.
