I applied through university. I interviewed at QCS Staffing (Delhi, CA) in Jan 2020
Interview
Work hard get back, interview process is good, job good . All good. Matured employees in company, hard work employees don’t waste join immediate, good salary good employer, good environment.
So many questions asked during the interview - literally I had to describe every single thing on my CV and asked so many details about my previous jobs which I thought was quite intense. From why I left my previous job to why I left the previous job before that. Its just not relevant and it did put me off. I didn’t like that the recruiter and the manager were both in the teams meeting. I was quite exhausted from answering all those questions by the end of that interview - had no motivation left by the end of it.

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at QCS Staffing (Berkhamsted, England)
Interview
There are a lot of steps in the process, starting with telephone screening and ending with a presentation. This sounds intense but this company have a great reputation with regards to how they treat their staff and therefore need to make sure they find the right person that not only will fit in but will also bring new skills and ideas as already having a solid knowledge base for the role.
