You’re first contacted by a recruiter and then sent an assessment where you have to answer 50 questions in 15 minutes.
Then there is a logic puzzle interview, which in my opinion is a outdated and unrelated way to interview people for the position. During this interview they don’t even ask you questions surrounding the job, only logic puzzles.
I believe the next stage is a more standard interview with employees.
Overall, not a fan of their interview process as the logic puzzle interview seems a poor way to examine if candidates are qualified.
The phone interview was pleasant and I've completed the online assessment which was just the usual 50 questions in 15 mins, now I am preparing for the logic interview with a couple of the team members.
Currently in my experience, I've gone through the phone screening and the assessment. Now, I'm in the interview process, which I'm told consists of a logic and behavioral interview with leadership. Any advice?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at QGenda (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
The process has a recruiter screening, an assessment, a logic-focused interview with the team, and a final interview with leadership. Overall, it’s fairly straightforward, just a strong emph. on logical thinking.
