Interview
A series of 3 phone calls, about 30-60 minutes each, with each of the co-founders: 2 non-technical, and 1 technical phone calls, then an on-site meeting with the team. The non-technical calls were the usual get-to-know questions. The technical call was initially very high-level, then dug deeper into more details as you work through the problem.
