I applied on-line and very quickly received an email from HR representative to set up a phone screen. She advanced me to the hiring manager and set up a video interview. Overall good interview experience and the hiring manager was respectful, but I don't get the feeling they actually read my resume. They seemed to be looking for a more technical person and it was clear from my resume that I wasn't a technical product developer, but more of a strategy person and then he seemed disappointed in my experience. Advice: read the resume before and save everyone some time.
