Was asked a number of questions about my experience, some standard technical questions about Ax development which you can find by googling Ax development interview questions, i.e. what is a map? There are two answers to this one. Then I was a given an exercise to write some code based on a deliberately ambiguous specification (happens a lot in reality, although not on purpose). The solution I wrote was not great but they were willing to offer me a different job anyway based on previous experience. The only problem was I would have to travel into Central London daily and the cost of that was prohibitive. The reason why I am rating them as negative is because even after repeatedly calling them to find out what the result of the interview was, I was told that a response is pending. It's only because I was able to get the mobile number of the head of recruitment that I found out why I didn't get the job, which is absolutely fine, not everyone is going to be who they're looking for, that's totally understandable. My experience is typical based on conversations with others who have interviewed there. Some professionalism would go a long way, people take time off their jobs and prepare for your interviews which you don't even deign provide solid feedback to. Ax is a very small circle of talent in the UK and your reputation suffers every time you do this. Think about it.
