Invited to apply by previous supervisor who I have kept up with. As far as I know, nobody else invited to apply. Had informal interview by phone but it was never in doubt that I would get the job

Das Gespräch war super nett, man hat eher auf den persönlichen Fit geschaut. Dennoch ist Vorerfahrung (bspw. Research Tätigkeit an einem anderen Lehrstuhl) von Vorteil - jedoch auch kein Genickbruch, falls dies nicht der Fall sein sollte

the interview process includes a call for confirming time than the actual interview and finally the email confirms the results of the interview. it took a couple of weeks from the time of application to the first phone call.
