There are two interviews where you will answer questions and briefly showcase your teaching skills. If both go well, you will be invited to teach trial classes. If the trial classes go well, you will be emailed a contract.

It was easy if you have done ESL interviews before that require using the company's portal for a demo. Be prepared and do all the prep work. Interviewer was friendly with great feedback.
When I was first hired I had to make a youtube video sharing my work experiences and reading a script from a children's book. You had to choose a nursery rhyme to recite, then post video.
