I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Qlik (Bengaluru) in Oct 2016
Interview
The interview process was very good & organised. It was a total 6 rounds with employees from all levels of the organisation. Most were on Phone/Skype interviews. I did get to meet the Managing director of Qlik India for a 1:1 interview. He patiently walked me thru details about the company, the role & responsibilities, the flexibility in work environment, etc. The Sales & Sales Director interviews were knowledgeable, I did learn a few things from them. It was overall a pleasant experience.

Question 1
How would the reports & analysis of Sales team help the key stakeholders?
Poor, interviewer didn't bother to show up. Recruiter and manager assured we would set another date then never bothered to despite chasing for weeks trying to get a clear answer
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Qlik in Oct 2023
Interview
I went through multiple interview stages, including interactions with HR, hiring manager, various sales managers, and senior management. The recruiter, my main point of contact in the Talent Acquisition team, was exceptional. They were responsive, supportive, and transparent about interview expectations, providing valuable guidance, and giving feedback after each interview stage. The interviews themselves were detailed, diverse in questioning, and offered the opportunity to interact with different managers while learning more about the expectations and challenges of this role. Overall, a thoughtful and well-managed process.
