I initially got the invitation to interview couple of weeks after the application. There were no discussions or questions when would be a suitable time, they just sent a time slot for the next day. I attended the interview but no one joined in. They later on told me that they had a problem with their laptop and couldn't join, and we rescheduled. A week later when I joined the re-scheduled interview, exactly same thing happened. They called me 22 minutes after the interview should have started (for a 30 minute interview) and asked if we could do the interview on phone. The call came right after I sent a message saying I will not be waiting and do not want to continue the process. During all this time they did not call or send a message that there is a problem, they expect me to wait 20 minutes to get this call and then have 30 more minutes of unscheduled interview, during a work day, and after I let them know I do not want to continue I got told "Well this is not my problem it's my Macbook, but whetever". No respect for time of the interviewee and very unprofessional.
