Their approach allowed me to demonstrate my strengths effectively, and I appreciated their willingness to dive deep into my prior projects and expertise.

Talked with the HR for initial screening. Then talked with the Engineering Manager next week. After the interview with Engineering Manager HR told me that they will call me and thus asked for my number. They never called me. I sent them an email to remind that they haven't called or emailed. They never responded back. Thus they ghosted entirely mid interview
