Quadax interview questions

Zoom call with multiple steps and potential in person if you live further than fifty miles. First interview is with human resources recruiter. Test is performed which is basic general knowledge.

Went in for an interview for a Project Analyst. I met with the manager who was very informal and asked very few job related questions. It was treated as more of a conversation which I initially thought was a positive. I then met with 2 analysts who actually asked about my experience and explained more about the position. After waiting 3 weeks, I received an email that I was not being chosen to move forward. Overall, it was disappointing because in hindsight, i believe the manager already had someone set for the position and I didn’t get a fair shot.
