I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Quadrature (London, England) in Nov 2020
Interview
A recruiter contacted me on Linkedin and we scheduled a phone call where he asked general questions about my previous experience and interests. After that, he scheduled 3 more interviews, 2 mostly algorithmic in any language and one coding challenge interview in Python. After that, I had a round with CRO and CTO where I was asked again about my interests and previous experience and had more time to ask questions.
Everyone during the process was really nice.

Interview
A recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn. After sending them my CV, we scheduled a 30m phone call. I was asked general questions, including "what was my first programming language and when I started to learn it". Got a generic rejection a few days later; asked for feedback but haven't received any.
