Started with a phone screen, then rapidly moved forward into actual interviews. Interview was with a couple of people, asking questions and more conversation and sharing than anything. Overall, it was not difficult.

Positive first interview with HR. Phone conversation that was back and forth and good, positive discussion. 2nd Interview with technical manager who struggled with people skills and communication in general. He said he was only looking for 'red flags'.
