Interview is on time and smooth and straight forward. focused on my skills and work experience. Got questions on work I have performed in past and future goals. Practical scenarios and how to handle particular scenarios.

The process was very smooth. The interviewer in fact did provide guidance, whenever I was not knowing the answer. They scheduled the interview at feasibility times and recruiter was very much flexible to talk about company policies.

Interview
I was interview in Bangalore for Test Automation. I am a backend tester but yet the interviewer kept asking me about UI testing even when I mentioned her, also my resume also shouts that I have no UI experience.
The interviewer didn't even glance my resume before the interview.
Doesn't make the interviewee feel comfortable or welcome.
Another shocking thing was the interviewer kept attending personal calls( almost three times) to plan a trip!!!. WOW!!!
