      Anonymous employee
      Clearwater, FL
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Quality Resources (Clearwater, FL) in Oct 2011

      Interview

The interview process was pretty straight forward, but they use deceptive practices baiting you with rare bonuses, contests, raffles etc. Most of it doesnt happen and you get fired quickly

      Interview

The receptionist was very helpful about all of the interview details over the phone. Upon arriving to Quality Resources, I felt very comfortable with the interview process. Everything went smoothly as if it were just a random conversation about the job. It was straight forward and I didn't feel nervous at all. Interview was productive and to the point.

      Call Center Sales/Fronter Interview

      29 Jun 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Clearwater, FL
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Quality Resources (Clearwater, FL) in Dec 2014

      Interview

I was contacted by Quality Resources when they found my resume on either Career Builder or Monster. I was called by the secretary and she told me vaguely about the position and we set up an interview. I was told to wear a blazer. I got to the office for the interview and was about fifteen minutes early. In the lobby, about seven other people were waiting as well for interviews of their own. We each filled out pretty general paperwork and waited to be called back for the interview. Once called back, you're told that they contact buyers of infomercial products and try to sell them a money saving program called Budget Savers (which honestly seems pretty nice) after confirming their address. You are asked to read a paragraph of the script they have you read to each customer, so they can see how you sound and briefly gauge your reading comprehension skills. You'll be asked pretty generic questions that you'd expect to hear at an interview. Then, she will tell you when you can start, that you'll have training the first two days (paid), and you will have to buy your own headset ($51.00).

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

      1. Are you bothered by repetitious work? 2. What kind of clothing makes for the most comfortable work atmosphere? Business casual, Business professional, Jeans, etc. 3. What days would you be willing to work? 4. Would you be available to work nights? 5. When can you start?

      Call Center Sales/Fronter Interview

      20 Nov 2014
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Quality Resources in Nov 2014

      Interview

Great Experience. I felt that the lady that interviewed me, wanted to make it a positive experience and not be intimidating. I was able to act like myself and I felt that was important to her. Found the job posted on Monster.com. Sent in an application. Someone called me and set up the interview. I met the HR Director in person. I liked that she was with the company for a long time. It told me something about the company. The office was beautiful. The professional dress code was impressive because most call centers tend to dress too casual. I asked if I could see the call center because I've made the mistake of working at a couple of boiler rooms and didn't want to get into that again. The call center was beautiful with all new equipment and had a positive buzz. It looked fun but not unprofessional.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

She asked me how I felt and how I treated sales calls myself when I get them. Some other questions were about what is important to me.
