First stage - group interview, 4 interviewers, 5 applicant, case study
- group discussion: how many tissues do we need to cover the whole Taiwan island?
-25 mins discussion (mandarin) & 5 mins group presentation in English
-interviewers might ask questions regarding the discussion process e.g. why did you buy in his/her idea?
Second stage right after - 1 on 1 interview with HR for 1 hour
-basic questions about your career plan e.g. do you plan to go to graduate school?
-they are super nice and friendly just relax and chat, I feel like they tried to create an atmosphere like this to get to know you more.
(if you passed the second stage)
Third stage - 1 on 1 interview with BU manager for 30 mins
-self introduction
-basic questions regarding your resume
-they will focus more on introducing the job you might have to deal with and the BU you applied
-I was required to identify my short term, midterm and long term goal in Quanta in English
(if you passed the third stage)
Fourth stage - group interview with VP of the BU, 4 interviewers, 16 applicants (the most awkward part)
-there are 16 applicants in the same room yet we introduce ourselves one by one, which took almost 1 hour....
-interviewers started to randomly ask questions about what kind of personal traits would be beneficial to applying for the job
-some questions we are required to answer one by one...
-most of the applicants didn't really have enough time and chances to express themselves
Sixth stage- group interview with HR manager, 1 interviewer, 3 applicants
-more like a pressure test, the interviewer will never be satisfied by any answer we gave
-questions from our resume, but more industrial-orientated e.g. you've been working in Advertising agency, then would you explain why____?
-we are encouraged to state our opinions, but the interviewer might interrupt you at any moment
