The process started with two phone interviews, followed by a site visit. The site visit was an all day affair with multiple interview with multiple entities. Typical corporate interview process.

The first round is phone interview, then onsite interview.
Interviewed by leader engineer, group interview and human resource .
Since I had an article published related to the company's product, I was comfortable with the interviewer.
