This is not an administrate role. This is Door To Door sales. You lap a street 3-4 times until 8pm.
The first interview involves talking to someone, who basically makes money from everyone else working; they’ll ask you questions to prove for whether or not you’re looking for keyword “progression”, the very next day you are invited for another interview if you are successful.
The second interview is, one of which you basically work a 10 hour shift shadowing one of the employees but you aren’t getting payed and have to wear a full suit and shoes; you also pay for your own travel so this entire day can easily unknowingly cost you £20, sometimes there and back
You are only told what the actual job is when you reach this stage and are outside, you are also only told the hours you’ll work and how much you’ll get payed AFTER this interview is over so after the 10 hours of walking you are told how much everyone earns which is £30 per people you sign up for a £10 or £15 donation of smaller amounts across a month, which you are payed for 2 weeks after your first solo-shift doing Door To Door sales, you spend your first few shifts with the person you was shadowing for your interview and your pay is decreased as a result.
After the second interview well during actually, at the end the interviewer decided if you should progress to the next stage(it will be a yes if you do the bare minimum) and then explain everything about the 10 hours you’ll be working without a break or hourly pay, and invites you for an interview again the next working day in which you have to pay for travel for and arrive even earlier than the previous interviews.
OTE in the fine print of the job advert means on target earnings, now ask how many people in the office are hitting that. You’ll be shocked. Also finally, don’t get sucked in by then describing this as you being self employed, this isn’t a zero hour contract. You either work part time, or full time for 10 hours a day.
