The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Quantum Assurance International
Interview
Phone interview using STAAR method which was okay despite the recruiters lack of experience. 2nd interview was in person and with hiring
manager/s STAAR method again. I tried really hard to not go that route, just talk to me. STAAR method does not paint an entire picture and is very biased. Overall decent interview but it’s hard when you know before going in you will not be hired once it’s over. They called multiple times up to the in person and then a simple “thank you” email.
I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Quantum Assurance International (Fredericksburg, VA) in Feb 2020
Interview
When first contacted via email, I was asked to fill out a prescreen questionnaire. Two days later, I was emailed by one of the recruiters to set up a phone interview for that same day. The time for the interview came and went and there was no phone call. Several hours went by and I decide to reach out, thinking maybe the recruiter forgot. Turns out the internet was down in her office so she couldn’t call me. (?) She called about 2 hours after that and we had the phone interview. She seemed kind of discombobulated and a little all over the place but I chalked it up to work stress. When THAT interview was over, I had to attend to another in-person interview. Which was not a great experience. There is no front desk so you have no one to check in with. The recruiter didn’t give me any direction on what to do or who to look for once I got there so I just sat on a small futon in the front lobby. After sitting alone for about 5 minutes, I knocked on the door to Human Resources, thinking the person I was meeting was in there, instead I was met by two people who (kind of politely) shoo’d me back to the couch. When the interviewer came and started the interview, I noticed that he would either stare back and forth between my breasts and my eyes multiple times or ask me a question and stare blankly into space, as if he wasn’t listening to me. It seemed like they already made up their mind as soon as I got there but I got a rejection email 25 minutes after leaving the building.

Question 1
What is one thing that motivates you when you work?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Quantum Assurance International (Allen, TX) in Dec 2019
Interview
Two interviews over the phone, one with recruiter which went well, one with sales team manager which didn't go as well. The recruiter was friendly but her decline email was sent to me at 4:30 pm on Christmas Eve, as my wife and I were leaving to go celebrate the holiday. Not the most professional time to be sending out rejection emails (in my opinion).
