Hired on the spot. Company does not reimburse for live scan finger print background check. Company lacked management and supervisors to support therapists on the field. Supervisor was scheduled to appear to session but did not communicate that they would not be there. During sessions that the supervisor did arrive, they did not give any helpful feedback to guide the client. Also they do not do direct deposit, so you receive your checks 3-5 business days after payroll, in the mail.

Straightforward and easy. There were not too many questions. Talked mainly about the company, what to expect, and where we can progress. Offered to pay for the RBT licensing for those who were interested to continue with this field.

the interview was short. hardly any questions. just wanted to know facts about me. bilingual, can i drive, do i have a degree. that stuff. very easy interview. but it honestly did not seem all that professional. more about insurance than clients.
