The interview process was a series of conversations with team members of various seniority. Every interviewer left time for me to ask questions back at the end. Every call was also 1:1 which made the conversation feel incredibly natural and allowed us to dig deeper on specific topics easily. They ended each call confirming that I'd hear from the talent team on next steps so I was never unclear about what to expect next.

Complete waste of my time! Interviewed with the company 4 months ago for a different position, was told today “oh, I didn’t see that you interviewed with us in the past and that hiring manager passed on you, so I’m not going to continue “???? When I mentioned it was for a different role, the girl had no answer as to what happened the first time but it didn’t matter??? Thanks for wasting my time and acting like your company is the only place to work!!
