None I got ghosted by the recruiter. He reached out to me on LinkedIn, didn’t respond for a week, then he goes “can I call you in a couple hours?” No scheduling a time nothing. I then like a rational person would respond ask what time. No response at all for a few days. Then I got a final response saying that the position is on hold. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had

The organization doesn't have an internal collaboration on the roles the Recruiters are finding the talents. In the same company, I met three different Recruiters at different time lines who provided different salary ranges.
