Interview
In generally there are two stage on the interview.
The first stage always with technical questions related with the profession. The people are friendly. So nothing to be worried for if the person can answer properly.
on second stage with HR which could be difficult. But I didn't face that problem though.

a hard question could come from HR, something like "if you see your colleague is not right but you have to work with your colleague in a team then how could you handle the issue?"
