The interview process began with a screening, followed by an additional interview, a panel interview, and finally, a meeting with the head of the people team. In total, there were five interviews, and I can't help but feel that it was a waste of time. I thoroughly researched the company and answered all their questions, yet I later received an email stating that they had chosen another candidate. There was no feedback, just a generic email—very impersonal considering the time I dedicated to preparing for the interviews. The experience left me with the impression that they conducted the interviews merely to check a box. It seemed as though they didn't value diverse perspectives; the process felt more like a formality rather than a serious evaluation.
