Quick Cable interview questions

Phone interview was great, in person was something different. Seemed like the manager wanted to leave for the weekend and was bothered by the interview at 2:30 pm. Wasn't really interviewed to see if I was a fit for the company. Just offered the job based off the resume.

Initial phone interview was scheduled three different times with the first two time, interviewer missed appointment time. Company seems to be going thru a transition, they're disorganized, chronically late, lack of follow up.
