One in-person interview. Interviewer is the HR rep for the company. Basic questions were asked about work history and education. Typing test and short quiz about computer usage. They prefer to only hire people who know someone that is currently working within the company. After the job offer, there is no drug test required and I do not believe a background or credit check from what other employees told me. They do reference checks and prefer three references. Training was for two weeks in a classroom setting.
