Applied via LinkedIn and was reached out to by the hiring manager and had a zoom call with her. After following up, I was asked to meet with the CEO, and scheduled a time for a zoom meeting. The evening prior, they emailed and asked if I could reschedule and push out one more day. I said no problem. The morning of the rescheduled interview, I was asked to reschedule again to the afternoon. Again, no problem. That afternoon, get on the zoom and....nothing. No one showed up. After waiting for about 7 minutes, I emailed the CEO asking if they wanted to reschedule. Never got a response. Finally gave up and got off the call after 20 minutes. They could have just cancelled, but they chose to let me get on that call and sit there alone wondering what was going on. Rescheduling twice was a red flag but I chose to ignore it because, hey, things come up, at least they communicated. I read the bad reviews on Glassdoor but thought, I'll judge for myself. Turns out I should have taken that as a sign for what was to come.
