I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at QuikTrip (Lawrenceville, GA) in Aug 2011
Interview
There is a simple math test. I would suggest training yourself to "count back change". Calculators are not allowed. Please. Learn how to properly count back change. There are standard questions. Be familiar with the culture of the company. Do not arrive late. DO NOT USE YOUR PHONE IN THE LOBBY! The secretaries at the front desk perform their own interview while you wait (appearance, cellphone use, behavior).
I applied online. I interviewed at QuikTrip (Atlanta, GA) in Feb 2026
Interview
Quick and easy interview process overall. The questions themselves weren’t very difficult and were mostly straightforward. The math portion can feel a bit tricky at first, but with a little practice it becomes much easier over time. If you prepare ahead and stay calm, the whole process is pretty manageable.

Question 1
Simple interview questions - Tell me about yourself..etc
Just asked about prior part time experience in customer facing roles. They apparently count how many times you smile so keep that in mind. Another big thing they worry about is if you have reliable transportation.
