      Application

      I interviewed at Quince

      Interview

They want to develop an application for 6 months and want to test the same for 1 year - I need to assume it. The questions you ask should be having some reality or near to reality and I see these guys don't have enough experienced people. How come these kind of people will understand the SDLC plan with best case and worst case ETA's. What kind of an application developed in 3 to 6 months will be tested for a year. You need to have standards to understand standard answers. Their production app is having so many defects which can be identified with just a glance. The End user experience is also one of the main thing you need to keep in mind boss.

How come these kind of people will understand the SDLC plan with best case and worst case ETA's. You need to have standards to understand standard answers. What kind of application developed in 3 to 6 months needs to be tested for a year. This shows the immaturity of the team.
