15 minute interview in a cafe. (Location changed less than an hour before schedule time.) Second round is the actual interview. Highly annoyed travelling so far for what could have easily been a preinterview phone call or video chat. I didn’t get the offer, but I’m not disappointed that I was not selected by a company that doesn’t respect my time, resources or energy.
