Interview
Interview process took nearly a month. I Interviewed on site at a specified date/time and showed up to empty labs - nobody was there to receive my interview. And upon calling HR, I was told to reschedule the following week. On Monday, CEO was late by 1 hour and instead of conducting an interview, conducted his own business while I got to "chat with the staff and ask questions." The CEO then had somewhere to go and was given a second interview date since I had "potential."
When I finally did have an interview, the questions were simple, related to bio, and addressed personal habits of day activity/sleep etc. All in all, these were all red flags that just shows the efficiency and management of the company.

Question 1
All questions were nearly from my resume and were very open ended.
The interview process was easy, just a few questions about past experience, challenges faced, future directions and career goals as well as a skills assessment within the lab. The interview was at an odd time at night though.

What is a challenge you faced and how did you overcome it?
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Quintara Biosciences (Boston, MA) in Jul 2015
Interview
After submitting an inquiry email of the job position, I was propositioned a phone interview three months later. Simple questions regarding character and experiences were asked. However, the following events were red flags that I had ignored for the sake of having a job.
The company had missed their own interview with me twice. Once on a Thursday and the second on a Saturday. This was only communicated to me after I had waited thirty minutes past the designated times and called them. The third, successful, interview was in an open lab with employees working/listening in; there was no privacy. Personal questions were exchanged and this environment would have made a few people uncomfortable.
