The interview process at Quorum Cyber was clear, professional, and well structured. It started with an initial call with a recruiter who demonstrated strong knowledge of the SOC environment, including the tools used and the practical realities of shift patterns. This was followed by two formal interview stages. The first stage focused on technical questions and realistic SOC scenarios, for example analysing suspicious sign-ins and explaining how I would investigate and respond to such incidents. The final stage was a conversation with one of the SOC managers, discussing my experience, how I approach SOC work, and how I see my development within the team. All stages were executed smoothly, the questions were relevant and practical, and the interviewers created a comfortable and friendly atmosphere throughout the process. Basically interview 9/10
