Quotacom interview questions

I had applied for an engineering manager position that thy were supposed to fill in one of their clients. The interviewer did not disclose the company he was hiring for. During the course of the discussion he started asking me, being a hiring manager in my current employer, that he would like to send me candidates... So, he completely twisted the topic of the discussion... It was obvious for me that he used my application just to leverage my position, in the current employer, in order quotacom to get new business. Quite weird and twisted practice....

It was a phone call followed by a short practical, and a further team meeting as staff were at a training day. All relatively informal, staff made me feel comfortable.
