R.E.Y. Engineers interview questions

Just a short conversation really. Asked me about my past experience, CAD skills, etc. Didn't have to jump through a bunch of hoops or anything. To be honest I felt like they were a little too casual through the process. Seems like they were looking more for a "culture fit" than a good engineer.
