R1 RCM Program Manager interview questions

I was referred to a position by an ex-colleague, and I received a call from the organization to discuss the profile. It quickly became apparent that they had no real intention of hiring for this role. With my 10 years of experience, I've developed a keen understanding of human behavior, and it was clear to me that this was just a formality. I later received feedback stating that I wasn't a match for the job description or the company's needs. However, I'm confident this was a fake hiring process, likely a tactic to give the impression they are hiring when, in reality, they are not. It was a complete waste of time, especially given the current downturn in the market.
