I applied through university. I interviewed at RAD data communications
Interview
There were 2 interviews, both of them were pretty straightforward. Most of the emphasis rests on getting a feel of your technical competency and personality. I would say a 50% weighting average for each in terms of whether you are hired or not.
Interview questions [1]

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RAD data communications (Mahwah, NJ) in May 2011
Interview
I submitted by resume via the company website and received a call from the HR director a week later. The hiring process started with a phone screen with the HR director where I was asked about my job history and I completed a 10 question technical screening. The next step was an onsite interview with the tech support manager and director. During this interview I was asked technical and job history questions. The final interview was with the president of the company and I received an offer a few days later.
