- I was reach out through linkedin.
- First round with one of the technical frontend team, It was a fun conversation. Mostly frontend questions on react and javascript. Few question regarding github action and frontend pipeline.
- Second round was with CEO and their HR head. I was confused with the process, how CEO and HR is in same interview.
- There were few technical question was aksed by CEO and few behavioural question from HR. CEO feel very hurry in that interview.
- I asked about occasional work from home but, HR hesitated to answer it.
- After that they asked me if I have any question, and My question first shocked them. Both of them were silent for atleast 3 seconds.
- My question was, "Why most of glassdoor reviews of RBM Software is between 12 Nov 2024 to 15 Nov 2024, and why everyone said good about a company, such that each one has given 4 or 5 star.? "
- I felt like something is cooking in company with glasdoor. Their answer to this question was very generic that they mentioned they have completed few training, and training was good, so people have given these reviews.
- But I was not happy with the answer.
- After an interview, I connected with few employees of RBM software, their reviews were also not that good.
