RCS Corporation interview questions

First, we had a document screening (resume and copy of a residence card), then an online interview. After the online interview, I received a request for a five-minute demo lesson video on a selected topic.　Then, I got the selection result and a request to send other necessary documents, e.g., transcripts, certificates, passport copies, etc.

I applied online, was contacted via phone for an interview. 1st Interview: Virtual Interview with two key individuals. Very honest, transparent and cohesive on role and company. Typical interview questions at beginning and then more technical throughout. 2nd Interview: In person interview discussing role and continued steps forward. Overall: Good discussions and clear directives on what they are looking for in a candidate. I enjoyed the interview but I decided to take a different position that more aligned with my prior roles.
