I've wanted to work for ReMax for a while now because of the brand recognition and realtors I know who say great things. I had someone in social media marketing add me on LinkedIn about a year ago. A week after I applied, a recruiter connected with me on LinkedIn about setting up an interview and I followed up. I sent a message to the SSMM asking about the role. She disconnected and blocked me on LinkedIn! What did I do? 😬 Two days later the recruiter messaged me she had an issue with her kid and the position had been filled. I've interviewed at a lot of places in over a year and this was one of the most bizarre things that have happened to me. Very unprofessional!
