It was fuss free and they will check if you have prior experience in service or fnb. Having prior experience is an advantage because you will know the basic service
Applied job online, wait for 2 months, shortlist and invite for job interview. Whole hiring process very slow. Ask very stupid question "have you eat full already?". I got selected because I ate my dinner every day.
