It's a process that's taken extremely seriously. There is a phone screen with Human Resources, a second interview with the Regional Sales Manager and General Sales Manager, a Keese Assessment to determine your fit for the role (it requires a minimum, but very high score to make it to final), a Wonderlic Exam that you take 15 minutes before the final interview starts, and you have 12 minutes to complete, and then the final interview. You need to get a majority vote of those present to get hired.
